Context
Traditional certificates can be copied; verifiable proof was needed.
QR codes, holograms or paper all share the same limit: they can be duplicated. The bet was to register each item's cryptographic fingerprint on Polygon — immutable, publicly verifiable and with no personal data on-chain.
Starting point
Paper or PDF certificates, easy to forge and lose. No real visibility across the resale chain.
Outcome
Digital passport issued at point of sale, blockchain-anchored and verifiable from a phone at any time.
What I delivered
I built the entire platform: four business spaces, multi-tenant architecture, REST API and blockchain layer. I also solved Apple Wallet integration — a poorly documented use case that I took from start to finish.
