Context
Contracts handled manually, with no single thread.
The product had to replace a scattered workflow: drafts over email, wet signatures, loose files and no central place to see what was still pending. That model slowed every closing and made it hard to audit who signed what, and when.
Starting point
Documents exchanged by email, manual signing and physical filing. Multi-day turnaround, little visibility into status and a real risk of losing versions.
Outcome
One journey where the contract is drafted, sent for signature and recorded in minutes, with a certified PDF and a log of every step.
What I delivered
I turned the Figma mockup into a working product: React/Next.js UI, Express API for validations, PDF generation and authentication, certified eIDAS signature provider integration, transactional emails and managed deployment.
